Twisted Roots - Forest Bathing & Creative Wellbeing is all about slowing down, reconnecting, and finding calm in nature.
I’d like to share some of my own moments that inspired me to create this space for reflection, creativity, and connection.
I hope they give you a glimpse of the calm, curiosity, and joy that nature can bring.

Love of Nature & Connection
In these quiet forest corners, I’ve discovered the small wonders that remind me to cherish the world around me - and the connections we share, even with nature itself. It’s a gentle nudge to love and care for life in all its forms.

Art & Perspective
Finding this frame in the woods felt like a personal invitation to see the world differently. Nature itself becomes a canvas, encouraging creativity, reflection, and the beauty of framing life in new ways.

Unlocking Potential & Self-Discovery
Standing before this hidden gate, I felt a spark of possibility. The forest reminded me that sometimes, the path to growth and self-discovery is just waiting to be opened, one step at a time.
