Nature Connection Locations
Join me in nature for gentle, guided sessions at various locations in Kent and East Sussex.

blackShed Gallery Woodland in Robertsbridge, East Sussex
The blackShed Gallery is a contemporary art space tucked away on Russet Farm near Robertsbridge in the heart of the East Sussex countryside. It’s surrounded by gently rolling woodland, part of the Rother District’s historic woodlands that have been shaped by centuries of careful management. I’ll be leading a forest bathing session in these peaceful woods just behind the gallery — inviting You to slow down, connect with the ancient trees and experience deep calm in this beautifully quiet corner of East Sussex.

1:1 session
My 1:1 sessions offer a gentle, personalised way to connect with nature at your own pace — dedicated time for you, your energy, and your journey.
Before we meet, I’ll ask you to complete a questionnaire so I can understand your intentions and current needs. This helps me shape the session around your personality, energy, and what feels most supportive on the day.
Each session might include:
- A simple grounding practice to help you slow down and arrive
- Tailored invitations based on what you need that day
- Sensory awareness, guided meditation, or quiet observation
- Opportunities for creative exploration using natural materials
- Journaling, reflective prompts, simple sketching and many more
You’ll be invited to notice textures, colours, scents, and subtle details — allowing your awareness to soften and expand.
Sessions can gently support intentions such as:
- Stress reduction
- Emotional regulation
- Reconnecting after burnout
- Building a deeper relationship with the natural world
We close with a reflection and calming tea ritual, helping you integrate the experience and carry that sense of steadiness back into everyday life.
