Nature Therapy Locations
Join me in nature for gentle, guided sessions at various locations in Kent and East Sussex.

blackShed Gallery Woodland in Robertsbridge, East Sussex
The blackShed Gallery is a contemporary art space tucked away on Russet Farm near Robertsbridge in the heart of the East Sussex countryside. It’s surrounded by gently rolling woodland, part of the Rother District’s historic woodlands that have been shaped by centuries of careful management. I’ll be leading a forest bathing session in these peaceful woods just behind the gallery — inviting You to slow down, connect with the ancient trees and experience deep calm in this beautifully quiet corner of East Sussex.

Tangier Woods in Frant, Kent
Tangier Wood, just on the border of East Sussex and Kent near Tunbridge Wells, is a semi-ancient woodland that’s being carefully restored to support native tree species and habitats. The space has a peaceful, wild feel—with areas of coppice, birch corridors, and seasonal streams running through. In our forest-bathing session, I’ll guide you to slow down, listen deeply, and connect with the natural rhythms of this restored woodland. It’s a chance to be present in a place where conservation meets calm—and to benefit from the quiet stillness.
Creative Nature Experiences
Foster creativity while connecting with the earth.

Forest Bathing Group Workshop
Our Forest Bathing Group Workshops offer a gentle, grounding way to slow down, reconnect, and immerse yourself in the natural world, with each season bringing its own unique invitations and experiences. Every workshop begins with a simple sensory meditation to help you arrive fully in the moment. From there, you’ll explore a series of mindful prompts designed to deepen your awareness, encourage curiosity, and build a more intimate connection with the forest around you. A creative element is always included—whether using natural materials, simple art practices, or reflective journaling—to help you express what you notice and experience.
In spring and summer, the workshops may include exploring local plants and herbs, learning about their qualities, and creating simple remedies such as infused oils, teas, or balms. These hands-on activities are paired with gentle journaling prompts and opportunities to engage creatively with the seasonal landscape, making the experience both relaxing and enriching.
As autumn arrives, the focus naturally shifts to the fascinating world of wild mushrooms. We take a slow walk through the woods, learning how to safely recognise a few common edible species while appreciating the colours, scents, and textures of the season. After the walk, you’ll receive simple recipe ideas and ways to use seasonal mushrooms, allowing you to take inspiration into your everyday life.
In winter, the workshops become cosy, creative, and wildlife-focused. We gather natural materials such as pinecones, seed pods, and evergreen foliage to craft simple birdfeeders and small pieces of nature-inspired art. This mindful, hands-on activity offers a peaceful way to honour the quieter months while supporting the birds that rely on us during the colder season. Journaling, sketching, and quiet observation are woven in to help you stay connected even in winter’s stillness.
Some sessions will also gently weave in seasonal celebrations such as Samhain, Imbolc, Beltane, and Lughnasadh, alongside elements of Slavic nature traditions, reflecting my Polish heritage and personal connection to these rhythms. These sessions offer a deeper cultural and spiritual layer for anyone interested in exploring nature through the lens of folklore, seasonal cycles, and ancestral practices.
Each workshop ends with a small sharing circle and a calming tea ceremony, offering time to settle, reflect, and connect with others. All sessions are beginner-friendly, while also offering opportunities for deeper exploration for those who already practise mindfulness or forest bathing and want to experience something more creative, cultural, or seasonally attuned. Whether you’re taking your first steps into nature connection or expanding an existing practice, these workshops provide a warm, supportive space to unwind, explore, and feel more rooted in yourself and the natural world throughout the year.

1:1 session
My one-to-one sessions offer a gentle, personalised way to connect with nature at your own pace. Whether you're new to mindfulness or already exploring your wellbeing more deeply, these sessions create space just for you—your energy, your needs, and your journey.
We begin by settling into the landscape with a simple grounding practice, helping you slow down and arrive fully in the moment. From there, we move through a series of tailored invitations that might include sensory awareness, guided meditation, quiet observation, or creative exploration using natural materials. You’ll be encouraged to notice textures, colours, scents, and subtle details that often go unseen, allowing your awareness to soften and expand.
If you wish, we can weave in gentle journaling, reflective prompts, or simple sketching to help you connect more deeply with your thoughts, emotions, and the environment around you. Each session adapts to the season and to what you need on the day—whether that’s calm, clarity, grounding, creativity, or simply a peaceful moment of pause.
Working 1:1 also allows us to explore specific intentions such as stress reduction, emotional regulation, reconnecting after burnout, or building a more mindful relationship with the natural world. My background in mental health support and forest therapy ensures that the space remains safe, nurturing, and deeply respectful of your personal journey.
We always close with a small reflection and a calming tea ceremony, giving you time to integrate the experience and carry a sense of stillness back into daily life.
These sessions are beginner-friendly yet offer room for deeper exploration for those already practising mindfulness or seeking a more meaningful nature-based experience. Together, we create a quiet, grounded space where you can simply be—with the forest, with your breath, and with yourself.
