My mission is simple: help people slow down, reconnect with the outdoors - and with themselves - and feel the grounding calm that intentional time in nature brings. Through gentle, immersive forest experiences, I guide participants towards holistic wellbeing, personal growth, and a renewed sense of balance in everyday life.

Celina Zomer
I’m a nature enthusiast with a passion for guiding people - teenagers and adults alike - towards calm, balance, and connection. With extensive experience teaching in further education, I’ve supported a wide range of learners, helping them build confidence, focus, and wellbeing. Trained in Mental Health First Aid, I create safe, welcoming spaces where everyone can slow down, breathe, and just be. Having walked my own mental health journey, I know first hand how grounding and restorative time in nature can be, bringing clarity, calm, and a sense of renewal into everyday life.
My sessions are inspired not only by the natural world but also by ancestral and cultural traditions, incorporating creative activities and reflective practices to express emotions, explore personal growth, and support wellbeing. Whether through art, mindful movement, or simply sitting in the quiet of the woods, participants are invited to reconnect with themselves and the rhythms of the earth.
In March 2026, I’ll be starting my Forest Bathing Therapy training with Adore Your Outdoors, a fully accredited centre, aiming to become a qualified guide by the end of Summer 2026. I’ll be sharing my journey along the way on my blog, offering reflections, insights, and inspiration.
Through Twisted Roots - Forest Beathing & Creative Wellbeing, my goal is to guide people of all levels - from complete beginners to experienced mindfulness practitioners - into deeper connection, resilience, and wellbeing. By blending mindful nature practices, creative expression, and ancestral-inspired approaches, I hope to help everyone slow down, reconnect, and discover the restorative magic of the natural world.
