"My partner and I attended Celina’s - Twisted Roots - Forest Bathing in the woodlands behind The Black Shed Gallery, we were all fortunately blessed with a sunny March morning. Spring fully birthed but Winter still on his last breaths.

Celina’s thoughtful consideration began and was sustained throughout- initially she facilitated waiting for a short while for latecomers. That was kind.

It was so obvious from her preparation of the space, the various materials and equipment, including those
for probably the best herb tea I have ever tasted, made from leaves and roots, that Celina had put beneficial time, thought and effort in.

That was noticed and appreciated.

Celina held the space so beautifully, with equal vision to all.

It seemed that it was not just how she delivered the workshop - her voice - her pace - moments of silence - her chosen words of guidance but also Celina herself, her very being!

I came away knowing that it was not just what she did but who she is. That is a rare blessing to behold.

I knew nothing of Slavic folklore but a spark has been now ignited within me to discover much more of this ancient knowledge.

With immense thanks to Celina for facilitating a gentle and healing connection, to not just the spirit of the woodland, but all beings within the woodlands , seen, heard, unseen, unheard, around us, that beautiful morning.

May these Twisted Roots grow stronger and deeper so we can continue to draw holistic sustenance from Celina’s beautiful practice.

Within these turbulent times, Celina offers us an anchor of security and belonging.
