Join me for a gentle one-hour Forest Bathing taster session in the woodland beside the BlackShed Gallery in Robertsbridge. This session offers simple sensory practices, mindful invitations, and quiet moments to help you slow down and reconnect with nature. We’ll explore the woods using all senses, noticing textures, sounds, colours, and scents as we ground ourselves into the space. Perfect for anyone looking to relax, de-stress, and enjoy a peaceful connection with the natural environment.
The session is completely free and perfect for beginners or anyone curious about exploring Forest Bathing in a friendly, supportive setting.
Please come prepared for all weather conditions.
We will be sitting outdoors, so warm layers and waterproof clothing are essential. We will have some fallen woodland logs available to sit on, but for extra comfort please bring your own camping chair and a blanket to keep warm and comfortable.
